Successes include: conversions with 2500+ users; quality project management; and a network design that included 6 states with 80 locations, and 2 Disaster Recovery locations.

Alicia Jensen
CFO/Vice President of Operations

Alicia has over 11 years experience in store management and bookkeeping. Alicia will help make sure that doing business with Richardson Group IT is as simple and straightforward as possible.

Her strengths include: customer relations, employee management, and financial services.

Cale Harvey
Director of Sales & Marketing

Cale has been involved with all facets of Sales & Marketing in the Information Technology industry for over 30 + years. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the company to empower our customers solutions and strengthen our communications and streamlined networking approach. He has extensive experience in network tools, network management, managed services, and general service delivery to enterprise customers.

His strengths include communications, management, business strategist, network design, project management, and contract negotiations.

Jason Wuennecke
Director of Managed Services

Jason has 7 years of experience working with Managed Services at the University of Wisconsin. His in-depth experience in managing over 6000 nodes and a repair center for all students has afforded him the knowledge and resources to get the job done. Leland Tolbert
Technical Sales Engineer / Project Manager

Leland has 12 years of experience working with Network Integrations and Project Management. With Leland’s knowledge of technical research, service contract negotiation, and project deployment he can fine tune any network and security needs.
